What is MiVision? Do we pay extra for video?
MiVision is Mircom’s video platform for the TX3-T10. On this deal it is included — the building pays nothing extra for video.
What do residents pay?
Residents use the MiEntry app. Monthly app pricing depends on building size: $6.99 per app for 1–60 apps, $4.99 for 61–100, and $3.99 for 100+.
Can this come out of our reserve fund?
Intercom replacement is typically a reserve-fund item in Alberta condo reserve fund studies. We provide the written estimate and documentation your board needs for its reserve fund paperwork.
Does it work with our existing wiring?
In most buildings the TX3-T10 can be installed using existing entry-system infrastructure. We confirm this during the free site assessment before you commit to anything.
How long does installation take?
Most single-entrance buildings are completed in about a day, including programming and the resident directory setup.
Is there a contract?
